Then the answer is gastronomic teambuilding. To create a wonderful meal as a team is a great experience. Cooperation, working and being together, smiles and wonderful food form a synthesis. The icing on the cake being the pleasure of enjoying the meal together after all the hard work – it’s an experience that unites and creates relations. Enjoy a few hours in the exotic kitchen in Dragør with Michael and Tin. Together you’ll be cooking the food from the namnam menu and some from the back catalogue: the nonya classics and some chosen dishes from the vibrating kitchens of Singapore.

You set the pace…
The ambition, the pace and the time spent is up to you: We can start the meal from scratch, where you will be involved in the whole process or we can cheat a little and do the hard work for you, so that you only have to cook the last part. Or we will meet somewhere in between. In short: We will customize the experience based on your wishes. So please contact us for a talk!

If the weather allows …
Your team building experience can be expanded so that it includes even more activities. We will take you to see our beautiful court yard in old Dragør where the sky is the limit and there is extra room for excitement. For instance we can enjoy each other’s company on the porch or at the beach with some cold, exotic drinks, bake some fresh bread in the big tandoor oven over an open fire, hang roast outdoor pork from the Chinese wood-fired sputnik oven or invade the fort of Dragør!
